A team of educators from Old Fort Elementary School from McDowell County Schools have joined us for a Solution and Planning Team program. The program title is "Leader in Me Initiative." This team's goal is to become a Leader in Me School and create a research-based principle center approach for school-wide transformation that is designed to enhance students' life skills and work readiness.
