Teacher Scholars

The NCCAT Teacher Scholars in Residence Program

NCCAT’s Teacher Scholars in Residence program offers a short-term residential study and research opportunity for teachers pursuing projects of outstanding intellectual or artistic promise. Each five-day session allows teachers the space and uninterrupted time to advance or complete their independent study in a supportive and stimulating environment.

NCCAT offers the Teacher Scholars in Residence program a few times during the year. Individual projects and collaborative proposals from small groups of up to five teachers are considered, with preference given to teachers who are applying to the program for the first time.

Teachers applying must complete both an NCCAT Application and a Teacher Scholars Project Proposal.
