2021 Milton Wolf Prize competition applications open

From our good friends at Centropa ...

Centropa is delighted to announce the 2021 Milton Wolf Prize competition. This project offers students a chance to identify a community problem, conduct research, create a visual presentation, and strengthen their speaking skills.

This year our Milton Wolf Prize website provides a clear step-by-step process with guiding questions, goals, and checklists to make it easier for students working at home to successfully create strong projects.

The Milton Wolf Project can be done in person or online. The project can be completed as a classroom assignment, as a club or youth group activity, or as an independent project (individually or in groups).

Who is eligible: US public school students, grades 6-12
What are the basic requirements? Identify a community problem, research how local individuals and organizations are addressing it, creating a visual presentation about the topic, and present it to at least one group outside of your class/school.
Deadline: Monday, May 3, 2021, 9am EST
The website with details and guidelines is here: www.centropawolfprize.org
Register here, so we can keep you up to date on details (ex: if the deadline changes), and here’s the URL: https://forms.gle/BVV2P3KEw7XU68Hx6
