Union County Elementary School works with NCCAT

East Elementary School from Union County was at NCCAT this week in Cullowhee. This awesome group of educators worked on best practices in planning and instruction.

While at NCCAT the teachers worked towards the following instructional outcomes -

- Planned instruction using the backwards design method

- Structured learning activities using the best evidence available regarding how students process, retain, and retrieve information.

Dr. Atkinson discusses Edcamp in blog post
