Congratulations to Melissa Fields of Perquimans Central and Perquimans County Schools on being named one of the eight Regional Wells Fargo Principals of the Year. Ms. Fields is and NCCAT alum.

Teachers learning Project Based Learning in Digital Format at NCCAT

Good group here from across North Carolina for "Project Based Learning in Digital Format" in Cullowhee. They will return to their classroom with a PBL unit they created that will excite and engage students as they claim ownership of their learning. Davidson County teacher receives honor while at NCCAT

Amanda Crews, who teaches high school math in Davidson County Schools, NC, found out Thursday that she was selected as her school’s Teacher of the Year. We were able to share in her excitement! Her first NCCAT experience was at Ocracoke with former NCCAT faculty member Alton Ballance. It’s only fitting that she got a picture on his swing at Ocracoke. Congrats Amanda!
