Teachers of NCCAT - Jessica Falls

Which teacher made the most impact on your life?

"My kindergarten teacher, Ms.Stevenson made the most impact on my life. At the age of 5 i entered her classroom and immediately knew I wanted to be just like her. She was kind and compassionate yet strong. She had perfect balance of tough love and loving love. We had an assignment to draw/write about what we wanted to be when we grew up and I drew a picture of Ms.Stevenson. I knew at age of 5 I wanted to be an educator just like her. I wanted to create a classroom full of kids who are excited about learning!!"

When using the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in Google Chrome. You can also share lists by selecting the 'share as a web page' button.

Lincoln County teacher talks about NCCAT experience

From Belinda Minnich of Asbury Academy in Lincoln County - "I first heard of NCCAT during my third year of teaching. One of my teaching mentors described her time at a session in Cullowhee. She spoke about how it reenergized her during a time in the school year when both student and teacher can be a be down- that dreaded early third 9 weeks! From that moment on, I wanted to go. NCCAT provides North Carolina's teachers great quality professional development that challenges us and allows us to grow!"
