NCCAT had the honor and pleasure of being at the Pamlico County Schools "Welcome Back to School Celebration." Thanks to new Superintendent Lisa Jackson and the school for hosting NCCAT Development Associate Dorcas Masson. Dorcas was on hand to recognize the George R. Brinson NCCAT Honored Educator Scholarship to Pamlico County High School Teacher of the Year - Christine Wayne. Thanks to Pamlico County for having us today.
