Where do you get your best ideas? What inspires you?
My best ideas come from colleagues, especially fellow NCCAT participants. All great ideas come from others... really! When I visit NCCAT, everyone discusses their best. Their best lessons, techniques, etc. are the answers to my questions. Being in that environment, you are given the time to reflect and decide how that can be used in your room.
