Science Lab Challenge Competition open

The annual Shell Science Lab Challenge Competition recognizes exceptional and innovative science educators created in 2010, to recognize outstanding middle and high school programs for their exemplary approaches to science lab instruction utilizing limited school and laboratory resources, and raise awareness and exposure of the outstanding work being done in the science education field.

All entries must be received by 11:59PM EST on 12/15/2017, via online submission. Entry fees are free.

A distinguished panel of professional science educators and past Shell Science Lab Challenge awardees will gather virtually in January 2018 to select the district semifinalists from an anticipated 500 entries. To be eligible for consideration, all work must be current and cumulative as applicable.

The Shell Science Lab Challenge national winners will be honored during a black-tie dinner gala on 3/16/2018 in Atlanta, Georgia, at the NSTA National Conference on Science Education.
