1. How was your week at NCCAT?
My week at NCCAT was honestly amazing. I felt valued and connected as a professional, and the whole experience was really meaningful and inspiring. I loved how I was treated with respect—everything made me feel like a true professional. I left feeling seen, heard, and recharged.

2. What stood out about the programming that you will be taking back to students and school?
What really stood out to me was how practical and useful the sessions were. I walked away with so many tools and ideas that I can use right away with my students. The programming was super relevant, and it was great to connect and share ideas with other educators who are just as passionate. I know the connections I made will last well beyond this week.

3. What would you say to a teacher about why they should come to NCCAT?
If you’re a teacher thinking about NCCAT, I’d say go for it! You’ll feel respected and supported, and you’ll leave with tons of new strategies and resources you can use immediately. The chance to connect with other teachers is so valuable, and the setting—surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature—makes it even better. It’s a great way to recharge, learn, and feel inspired about your work.
