NCCAT presents beginning teacher award at Greene County School Board Meeting

NCCAT had the honor of presenting presenting Meghan Chinn with her North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching (NCCAT) 2022 Prudential NC Beginning Teacher of the Year runner up award.

NCCAT Executive Director Dr. M. Brock Womble and Deputy Executive Director Dr. Karen Sumner had the honor of presenting Meghan Chinn with her North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching (NCCAT) 2022 Prudential NC Beginning Teacher of the Year runner up award at the Greene County Schools NC School Board Meeting. Ms. Chinn is a Greene County Middle School Chorus/General Music teacher with Greene County Schools. Congratulations! Thank you for all you do.

NCCAT appreciates Greene County Schools Superintendent Dr. Patrick Miller and the district for their support of teachers and impact on students.
